Meet Sara
A teacher who watches how you move.
Sara Grossman has taught yoga since 2007 in the Krishnamacharya lineage. Her classes are trauma-informed and built for every level, from first-timers to first responders. Progressive, intelligent sequencing means each class builds toward a peak pose your body is ready for.
