We understand that plans can change and want you to feel comfortable reserving your place.

A $250 deposit is required to reserve your space for the Infinite Yoga® Costa Rica Retreat, March 1 to 7, 2027.

Cancellations received on or before December 30, 2026: Your $250 deposit and any additional retreat payments made to Infinite Yoga® are fully refundable.

Beginning December 31, 2026: All retreat payments become non-refundable, as accommodations, meals, transportation, excursions, and other retreat arrangements are confirmed based on our final participant count.

If you need to cancel after December 30, you may:

• Transfer your reservation to another eligible participant who can take your place, subject to approval and any applicable accommodation arrangements; or
• Request to transfer your retreat payment toward a future eligible retreat, subject to availability and the terms of the retreat venue.

If Infinite Yoga® or the retreat venue is unable to provide the retreat as scheduled, participants will be notified of the available refund, rescheduling, or credit options based on the circumstances.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation and interruption coverage, as Infinite Yoga® cannot provide refunds after December 30 for personal circumstances such as illness, injury, flight disruptions, work conflicts, family emergencies, or other changes in travel plans.

By submitting your retreat deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
